Returns and Refunds

Original paintings are unique artworks, so returns and refunds should be discussed clearly before purchase. Buyers are encouraged to ask for artwork photos, size details, framing information, shipping method and any other information needed before confirming an order.

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact the artist promptly with clear photos of the package and artwork. The situation will be reviewed based on the shipping method, condition of the package and the details agreed before dispatch.

Commissioned paintings are created specifically for the buyer and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the commission starts.
